While NJPrompter is firmly rooted in the New Jersey and New York City production market, our clients routinely bring us in from across the country for large-scale live events, stadium broadcasts, arena productions, corporate conferences, and major productions.

NATIONWIDE PROMPTING SUPPORT

For out-of-state productions, NJPrompter is typically hired as the teleprompter operators and production-side prompting team.

Our focus is on:

  • Presenter support and rehearsal

  • Working with producers and show callers

  • Live teleprompter operation

  • Managing prompting throughout the show

For many nationwide productions, the local AV or production company provides the physical teleprompter equipment and stage infrastructure. We bring the experienced prompting team to operate it.

How do we book NJPrompter for an out-of-state live event or tour?

Booking NJPrompter for nationwide travel is easy. Contact us through our Contact Page, email Info@NJPrompter.com,

or call/text 201-972-5355.

For traveling productions, the hiring company is responsible for airfare, baggage fees when applicable, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. Once travel is arranged, NJPrompter travels to the production as the teleprompter operator and production-side prompting team.

What equipment do you provide when traveling nationwide?

For nationwide events, we travel with our dual-computer backup system, providing two independent prompting computers running the script simultaneously. This provides a redundant backup in the event of a computer or external signal interruption during a live production.

For most nationwide events, the local AV or production company provides the physical teleprompter infrastructure, including monitors, glass, cabling, and stage equipment. Our role is primarily teleprompter operation, script management, live edits, presenter support, rehearsal, and show execution.

Are you available for corporate events?

Yes. We are available for corporate conferences, executive presentations, keynote events, conventions, general sessions, broadcasts, and other high-stakes live productions.

Are you available for tours and multi-city productions?

Yes. Keeping the same experienced operators throughout a tour or multi-city program provides consistency for presenters and the production team.

NJPrompter can travel with your production and remain responsible for the prompting operation throughout the engagement.

 

Are you available for international live events?

Yes. NJPrompter is available for international live events and productions.

International travel requires additional coordination for airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, work authorization or visas, customs, and other applicable travel requirements. These arrangements are coordinated with the hiring production company.

Our role remains focused on the teleprompter operation and production-side prompting wherever the production takes us.

 

Do you provide the physical monitors and glass when traveling nationwide?

For most nationwide productions, no. Physical teleprompter infrastructure—such as arena downstage floor monitors (DSMs), cabling, and presidential podium glass—is typically supplied by the event's AV or production company.

NJPrompter is brought in to operate the prompting system and manage the production side of prompting, including scripts, edits, rehearsal, presenter support, and live show execution.

If specialized equipment such as a Steadicam teleprompter is required, we can discuss traveling with that equipment as part of the production scope.
